This week I learned something very interesting about how we communicate through love. I attended a program on my college campus called "Real Love". So how do we know what "real love" is ? That is a very tricky question.. Did you know that stress is also referred to as the fight-or-flight response??? The flight -or-flight response is automatic and immediate when we sense that we are threatened by something or someone. Stress is your reaction to perceived demands or threats. And you reduce stress by changing your reactions to perceived demands and threats.... In life we may all encounter moments where we are feeling a little discouraged, depressed, overwhelmed, stressed and etc. So how do we deal with these times of trouble and tribulations.??? Well first, we have to learn how to accept reality for what it really is.
