Are you Maintaining a healthy lifestyle?  Being fit isn't just about your reflection in the mirror. It involves how you feel and move, as well as how your health affects the people in your life, including children, family and friends. If you focus on those elements rather than your appearance, you will see a transformation. Some healthy lifestyle tips include : 1. Healthy Eating Habits, which keeps you in good shape. 2. Adopt healthy lifestyles by eating breakfast. Breakfast meals contribute to a health diet because this course usually provides vitamins that are essential to the body. Breakfast also reduces hunger throughout the day.  3. Drinking a lot of water contributes to a health diet because it keeps your body hydrated and functioning.  4. Eat lots of whole foods and natural foods such as fruits, vegetables, and whole grains .

HOW DO WE COMMUNICATE THROUGH LOVE?

This week I learned something very interesting about how we communicate through love. I attended a program on my college campus called "Real Love". So how do we know what "real love" is ? That is a very tricky question.. The 5 Love Languages is a book by Gary Chapman, which outlines five way to express and experience love in a intimate relationship. The five languages of love according to Gary Chapman are: Words of Affrimation, Receiving Gifts, Quality Time, Acts of Service, and Physical Touch. While it is good to know your love language and how you like to receive love... It is also very imperative to be aware of how your partner likes to receive love as well. Did you know that stress is also referred to as the fight-or-flight response??? The flight -or-flight response is automatic and immediate when we sense that we are threatened by something or someone. Stress is your reaction to perceived demands or threats. And you reduce stress by changing your reactions to perceived demands and threats.... In life we may all encounter moments where we are feeling a little discouraged, depressed, overwhelmed, stressed and etc. So how do we deal with these times of trouble and tribulations.??? My character defines me as a studious individual, with a genuine attitude. I am amicable, easy to confine too, and also a helping hand. I look to create peace and maintain a serene environment for myself and others around me. Most of my peers and friends, usually describe me as quiet, cheerful, or sometimes fun and sociable.
